Position Report: President and Scientific Director of ABH Medical Group

Direct Positions of Cooperation: Managing Director and Directors of the company’s departments

 

Job Description:

The direct and continuous support of the work of the president and scientific Director, aiming at the successful completion of personal and corporate tasks.

Ensuring a clear communication on project implementation times through coordination of meetings monitoring and performance indicators.

The support and organization of the writing – scientific work of the president and the management of his contacts with scientific or business forums in Greece and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

For the implementation of the responsibilities, the participation and production of work by the Personal Assistant is required, whenever close cooperation and control is deemed necessary for the completion of the following basic responsibilities with the President and the cooperation with the executives of the company:

 

  • Creation of a plan of pending issues and actions per department according to the strategy and projects running in the company.
  • Monitoring of current activities and briefing of the president, reminder of obligations or deviations from the professional obligations of his associates to him according to the assigned projects.
  • Takes dictation and takes notes and enters data accurately.
  • It acts as a point of contact between executives in order to effectively support and carry out the assigned projects.
  • Problem management and direct coordination of executives through meetings at the president’s behest for extraordinary or scheduled meetings.
  • Report on a weekly basis of the company’s monitoring indicators in cooperation with the CEO for concentration and coordination through department managers.
  • Control of the daily schedule of customer appointments for any major deviations, delays and problem management, mediation for the emergency absence of the doctor (problem solving).
  • Organization, execution and follow-up of personal appointments of medical and business appointments of the president.
  • It contributes to the formation of a positive image towards all partners and promotes the proper implementation of corporate policies and procedures and the code of business ethics.
  • He takes over the duties of answering calls, holding messages and directing correspondence.
  • Arranges travel.
  • Organizes/assists in the organization of internal or external events.
  • Coordination of doctors’ contacts with hospitals and institutions for the successful organization and execution of surgeries as well as coordination of cooperation with associate doctors (team of doctors and anesthesiologists, nurses, etc. ).
  • Support of organization, archiving and production of scientific announcements, presentations and reports in English, as well as coordination of doctor’s participation in scientific forums.
  • Develop and use an effective documentation and archiving system.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or other secretarial role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent knowledge of English – Knowledge of additional foreign languages is additionally assessed.
  • Bachelor of Business Administration or related school.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Keep up to date with developments in the latest office gadgets and applications.
  • Multitasking capability and prioritizing daily workloads.
  • High-level written and oral communication skills.

Social Media Manager for ABH Medical Group

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and creative Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and utilising analytics to build out brand awareness and increasing levels of engagement with our growing audiences. This is an exciting role, based at our busy clinic in Glyfada, working alongside our doctors, consultants, and the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement social media strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create, edit, publish & share high-quality, engaging video content daily for social media platforms aligned with business goals.
  • Manage all aspects of production (writing copy, design, approval and distribution)
  • Community management and day to day leadership for all our social media accounts, communicating with followers, responding to queries and comments in a timely manner and monitoring customer reviews.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to track progress and adjust strategies accordingly, in collaboration with our digital agency partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create a social media calendar and ensure social media strategy aligns with business goals.
  • Attend events and produce live social media content.
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
  • Assist in the development and management of influencer strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong content creation skills with proven ability to develop engaging creative (video, copy, image).
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track performance and draw insights for optimisation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with online audiences both in Greek and English.
  • Knowledge of video content creation.
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.

Qualifications & skills

  • A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Over 5 years of experience in Social Media Management & Performance Marketing
  • An organised team player who is as comfortable working in a team as they are working alone
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
  • Interest of healthcare & wellness industry trends and regulations related to social media marketing.

Consultant for Surgical Department

Job Description:

The role involves managing and monitoring the company’s clientele, including:

  • Preparation of the daily schedule
  • Organizing meetings with clients to record their needs and discuss possible solutions and services through specific presentations
  • Gathering required information per case (medical history and consents) and informing the physician accordingly
  • Handling incoming requests (leads) based on information received from the collaborator at the call center
  • Communicating with clients who have used the clinic’s services in the past to inform them about new and/or supplementary services
  • Planning surgeries with collaborators (hospitals, anesthesiologists, suppliers)
  • Communicating with post-surgery patients to ensure their proper recovery
  • Prescribing medications to clients
  • Updating the CRM for telephone communications, proposals, client monitoring, and results
  • Assisting the physician in applying treatments in the office
  • Ensuring photography of cases, updating the relevant file, and sending it to the marketing team as required
  • Understanding the monthly target and monitoring deviations to achieve it within the month

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position or similar with customer care/sales management
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Additional knowledge of foreign languages is considered a plus
