Athens Beverly Hills (ABH) Medical Group is seeking a full-time Client Experience & Front Desk Coordinator to join our team.
This role focuses on managing and ensuring the seamless operation of the front desk while delivering an exceptional level of service and a premium experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with discretion, courtesy, and professionalism
- Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate the flow of daily appointments in collaboration with all departments
- Handle invoicing, payments, and outstanding balances
- Organize client documentation and medical records
- Oversee supplies, deliveries, and corporate correspondence
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within healthcare or hospitality
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems (SAP B1 is an advantage)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
