Front Desk & Customer Support & Administration Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time professional for a Front Desk, Customer Support, and Administrative Services position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage clinic opening and closing procedures, including preparation of medical offices
  • Provide a welcoming and professional reception for visitors
  • Handle customer interactions with discretion, courtesy, and professionalism
  • Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently
  • Schedule and coordinate clinic appointments across departments
  • Maintain organized filing systems and medical records
  • Process customer billing and manage accounts receivable
  • Operate cash register, handle transactions, and perform daily reconciliations
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively
  • Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies
  • Handle company correspondence and order processing 

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role, particularly in financial or cash management
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems (knowledge of SAP B1 is advantageous)
