Athens Beverly Hills (ABH) Medical Group is seeking a full-time Client Experience & Front Desk Coordinator to join our team.
This role focuses on managing and ensuring the seamless operation of the front desk while delivering an exceptional level of service and a premium experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients with discretion, courtesy, and professionalism
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
  • Coordinate the flow of daily appointments in collaboration with all departments
  • Handle invoicing, payments, and outstanding balances
  • Organize client documentation and medical records
  • Oversee supplies, deliveries, and corporate correspondence

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within healthcare or hospitality
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems (SAP B1 is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
