Job Description
- The role involves managing and monitoring the company’s clientele, including:
- Preparation of the daily schedule
- Organizing meetings with clients to record their needs and discuss possible solutions and services through specific presentations
- Gathering required information per case (medical history and consents) and informing the physician accordingly
- Handling incoming requests (leads) based on information received from the collaborator at the call center
- Communicating with clients who have used the clinic’s services in the past to inform them about new and/or supplementary services
- Planning surgeries with collaborators (hospitals, anesthesiologists, suppliers)
- Communicating with post-surgery patients to ensure their proper recovery
- Prescribing medications to clients
- Updating the CRM for telephone communications, proposals, client monitoring, and results
- Assisting the physician in applying treatments in the office
- Ensuring photography of cases, updating the relevant file, and sending it to the marketing team as required
- Understanding the monthly target and monitoring deviations to achieve it within the month
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position or similar with customer care/sales management
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Additional knowledge of foreign languages is considered a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Use of CRM – ERP programs (use of SAP B1 is considered an additional advantage)
